We process your first name, surname, city, e-mail address, phone number, selected animals, reservation details and related communication. The data are used to handle your request, contact you, arrange the reservation or sale and keep necessary records.

Legal basis

We process the data in order to handle your reservation request, contact you and, where applicable, complete the sale or handover of the animal. Necessary data may also be retained to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention

Unsuccessful, rejected or cancelled requests are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after closure. Data connected with a completed sale are retained for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and other laws and for the duration of possible legal claims.

Recipients and security

Data are accessible only to the breeder and necessary service providers, especially the website and e-mail hosting provider. They may also be disclosed where required by law. Data are not sold, used for marketing or subject to automated decision-making.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object where processing is based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Providing the requested contact data is voluntary, but without them we cannot handle the reservation.

Technical data and traffic counter

The website uses technical session storage for the cart, language selection, security and administration. It also keeps aggregate traffic counts and a short-lived random technical identifier to distinguish visits and show the number of users currently online. IP addresses, advertising profiles and cross-site tracking are not stored, and no third-party analytics service is used.
